The YellowHouse Blues Band is a 9-piece, high energy blues and blues rock band with horns and multiple vocalists, known for putting their own take on popular songs and making them their own. Presenting the First Ladies of The Blues, a powerful tribute celebrating the pioneering women who shaped the blues from the 1920s to today. From the groundbreaking sounds of Bessie Smith, Aretha Franklin and Led Zeppelin to the dynamic styles of contemporary icons like Bonnie Raitt, Susan Tedeschi and Joanne Shaw Taylor, this tribute honors blues women whose legacies have continually reshaped the genre’s soul. Prepare yourself for a dynamic setlist, full of energy, and bring your dancing shoes!

A band from the Seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine, they perform at venues all over New England and have sold out Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club (6x), The Press Room (4x), and The Music Room Cape Cod (2x), to name a few.

For more information, you can find them at www.yellowhousebluesband.com, or follow along on Facebook and Instagram. As a band, YellowHouse is known for raising money for non-profits that focus on at-risk youth or music education. To date they’ve raised over $180,000 for non-profits in our community and are working hard to bring that number to $250,000.
